Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Landy, a Figma plugin (the "Plugin") and its upcoming Pro upgrade. By installing or using the Plugin, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Landy provides a panel of pre-built UI components and landing-page sections that can be inserted into a Figma file. The free tier is fully functional; a separate Pro tier is planned but not yet available for purchase.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin and to use, modify, and incorporate the components/sections it inserts into your own Figma files and downstream designs — for yourself, for clients, and across unlimited projects, including commercial work.

You may:

• Use Landy's components and sections in unlimited personal, client, and commercial Figma files, including end products you sell (websites, landing pages, marketing materials).
• Modify, edit, and combine Landy's components with other assets to build your own designs.
• Build and sell your own UI kits, templates, or themes that incorporate designs you made using Landy — what you build with it is yours.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or repackage the Plugin itself or its component library as a competing product.
• Resell, redistribute, or share the Pro component library or its raw/source files — including with anyone who hasn't purchased their own Pro subscription — whether you charge for it or give it away for free.
• Extract Landy's components, free or Pro, and list them, unmodified or lightly modified, as a competing plugin, library, or asset pack.
• Use the Landy name or logo as your own product's primary brand identity.

If we determine this license has been violated, we may terminate access to Pro features without a refund and pursue other remedies available to us.

3. Pro waitlist

Joining the Pro waitlist does not create a purchase, subscription, or payment obligation — no payment is collected at this stage. The prices listed on our Pricing page are planned launch pricing and may change before Pro becomes available. When Pro launches, purchasing it will be a separate, explicit step through a third-party payment provider, and these Terms will be updated to reflect the live payment and refund terms at that time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Plugin to build or distribute anything illegal, infringing, or intended to deceive end users, not to reverse-engineer the Plugin, and not to abuse the waitlist or support forms (e.g. spam submissions) or otherwise degrade the service for other users.

5. Availability

The Plugin is provided "as is." We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may update, change, or discontinue features — including the planned Pro tier — at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Landy and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Plugin.

7. Termination

We may remove you from the Pro waitlist or restrict access to the Plugin if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Plugin at any time.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time — including once Pro launches and live payment terms apply. Continued use of the Plugin after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
